Segundos documentos, a mulher renunciou aos direitos pela heran\u00e7a do artista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme informa\u00e7\u00f5es obtidas pelo portal LeoDias, a a\u00e7\u00e3o de reconhecimento de Uni\u00e3o Est\u00e1vel foi movida por Rose ap\u00f3s n\u00e3o ser citada no testamento do apresentador, que morreu em novembro de 2019. A a\u00e7\u00e3o provocou uma briga judicial apoiada pelas g\u00eameas Marina e Sofia, de 20 anos, e rejeitado por Jo\u00e3o Augusto Liberato, de 22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No testamento, Gugu teria deixado 75% de seus bens aos filhos e 25% aos sobrinhos. J\u00e1 Aparecida Liberato, irm\u00e3 do apresentador, foi definida como inventariante. A m\u00e3e de Gugu, Maria do C\u00e9u Moraes, recebeu do testamento uma pens\u00e3o vital\u00edcia mensal de R$ 163 mil para sua m\u00e3e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em junho de 2023, o Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a validou por unanimidade o testamento deixado pelo apresentador e n\u00e3o reconheceu a m\u00e3e dos filhos de Gugu como um dos herdeiros listados.
